By using Habitforge AI (“the app”), you agree to these terms. Please read them before use.

1. Service Description

Habitforge AI is an AI-powered habit coach app providing: cue-based habit definition, AI contextual nudge generation, today check-in list, streak and insight stats, failure-recovery fallback recommendations, cue-aware coach suggestions, and weekly review reports. Developed and operated by Sanva, an independent developer (sanva.tk).

This app is not a medical device, mental health treatment tool, or professional behavioral intervention service. All AI suggestions are for informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute professional opinion.

2. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

2.1 AI Nudge and Coach Advice

Habitforge AI’s nudge copy and coach suggestions are dynamically generated by AI based on your habit history data. AI models have inherent limitations — generated content may not be perfectly suited to your specific circumstances. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any AI suggestion.

2.2 Behavioral Science Disclaimer

This app is designed around behavioral science principles (cue-routine-reward framework, micro-habit theory, etc.), but does not guarantee specific habit formation outcomes or timelines. Results vary between individuals.

2.3 Mental Health Disclaimer

If you have mental health concerns, please consult a qualified mental health professional or medical provider. Habitforge AI is not a substitute for any professional psychological or medical service.

3. User Conduct

You may not:

• Use this app to diagnose, treat, or prevent any psychological or physical condition
• Attempt to bypass the app’s AI safety mechanisms
• Use this app to collect habit data belonging to other people (the app is designed for personal single-user use)

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscription (Monthly $4.99 / Yearly $19.99, with 7-day free trial) is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renews until cancelled.

• To cancel (iOS): Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• To cancel (Android): Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions
• After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s refund policies
• Pricing may vary by region as shown in the App Store or Google Play

5. Intellectual Property

• Habit definitions and completion records you create in the app belong to you
• Habitforge AI’s app interface, brand assets, AI nudge framework, and icons belong to Sanva

6. Account and Data

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you detect unauthorized access, contact support@sanva.tk immediately. For account deletion terms, see Privacy Policy Section 5.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service. We will notify users of material changes through in-app notification in advance.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
